1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and resort are intended only for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page, you represent that this is accurate. We may request photo identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations remain subject to availability and final confirmation.
• Prices are listed in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is taken at departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows are charged for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where a guest places staff or other guests at risk, damages property, fails to follow gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable conduct requirements.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take reasonable measures to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Evergreenshores or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
